My favorites are Reality Shows.  Yes, I know they are trashy, but they are oh so funny.

My top picks are So You Think You Can Dance (the least trashy of all of them), Top Chef, Project Runway, anything with the Kardashians......
Oh and in "non" reality
Grey's Anatomy!
