Single Mom of Four...For a WEEK

Last week was a crazy week for me.  Since Alex is the Coordinator for the Idaho Skills Competition, he got the opportunity to go to the Nationals competition  for Skills U.S.A. in Kansas City.  He was gone for a whole week.
I have NEVER been on my own with all for kids.  And let me tell you.  I gained GREAT sympathy for Single parents, or parents who have a spouse that spends almost every waking hour working.  It is not easy.  It is quite lonely, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
That whole week my goal was to keep myself busy.  I got the kids out and found lots of projects to work on. It helped quite a bit.  Anyway, here are some pictures of Alex's trip in Kansas City.
